LIFE BEFORE TCPM
How were you feeling about your NDIS plan before meeting Jude and the team at TCPM?
When I met Jude and the team at TCPM I was embarking on my second NDIS Plan. Unfortunately I hadn’t had a very productive or satisfying outcome with the Plan Manager of my initial NDIS Plan. I was therefore feeling concerned, confused and apprehensive as to how the process was going to unfold with Jude and TCPM.
CHALLENGES
What challenges were you facing at this time?
The challenges I was facing at this time were not knowing how much funding I was allocated and in what areas the funding was allocated. Also, not knowing how to go about allocating and spending my NDIS funding was a challenge.
THE FIRST MEETING
How did you feel after meeting with Jude and engaging the services of TCPM?
Once meeting with Jude I immediately felt at ease. Jude met with me one-on-one and explained the NDIS process to me and the role that TCPM would play in my NDIS journey. Jude was able to confidently talk the NDIS talk yet explain to me all aspects of my plan in terms that I understood. I felt confident and relieved that I would now be getting the most out of my NDIS Plan.
