We’re an independent NDIS plan management provider based on the Tweed Coast, offering tailored plan management solutions to NDIS participants.
Owned and operated by Tweed Coast local Jude McColm, Tweed Coast Plan Management was formed to assist NDIS participants and their families to get the most out of NDIS funding and lead fulfilling lives.
As a boutique provider, owner Jude takes the time to personally assist participants, families and carers wade through their NDIS plan, ensuring the very best outcome and benefits for participants.
We’re proud to offer a wide range of benefits and services to local NDIS participants, including assistance with registered and non-registered providers, creating and maintaining annual budgets, issuing monthly statements and providing guidance for participants to self-manage their NDIS plan in the future.

Director
Jude is not one to give up on excellence. She is deeply committed to seeing her community grow and thrive, and is always looking for ways to help, support and empower the TCPM team, clients and providers. Highly excitable, Jude’s energy and passion fuel the entire TCPM team and encourage us to be more than we are. Her deep love for service is the foundation beneath all TCPM’s decisions and actions.
Jo
Team Leader
When it comes to turning ideas into action, Jo is the one to look up to. She does everything with such efficiency and strives to innovate and drive change in every process and IT design. Her knowledge and knack for structure and organisation enable TCPM to support so many wonderful clients.
Katie
Team Leader
Katie is the bringer of peace and harmony within the team. Connecting, guiding and learning about TCPM’s clients is what she does best. Adaptable and compassionate, Katie feels deeply for all of TCPM’s clients and encourages them to progress towards their NDIS goals.
Samieka
Samieka is TCPM’s beacon of light. She cares for the company’s clients with patience, grace and kindness, always willing to listen and go the extra mile to support them. Samieka’s welcoming personality shines through every piece of written and verbal communication she does.
Monika
‘Work hard’ is Monika’s mantra, and this translates into her passion for learning and her desire to serve the TCPM team, clients and providers. She brings the diversity of a unique culture to the team, helping us understand that we are more than ourselves, and find ways to collaborate and unite our differences.

“When can I start?” is Max’s catchphrase. She approaches every task with acres of enthusiasm and ensures she’s always two steps ahead of the game. Max’s excitement for life and community service is contagious, filling the entire team with energy to consistently improve our services and stay true to our vision.

Jess has one of the biggest hearts in our team. Her love for family and her disciplined approach to structure shines through the organisation like a guiding light, always willing to help and contribute that extra mile to support our local providers and the greater community.

Tenile is our resident analyst. Ensuring that invoices are accurate and in line with ATO regulations is on the top of her list. Understanding legislative requirements is a tough challenge for everyone in the team, but Tenile helps us understand the terms with ease to make sure requirements are met without exception.

Ange is our quiet achiever. We are amazed at how well she digests and retains information and how willingly she shares her insights with the rest of our team. Her wealth of wisdom and experience enable the entire team to learn and understand even more about the NDIS and our providers.

Em has redefined the word ‘efficiency’ and there’s nothing she can’t master. She is the go-to person whenever something is needed to serve clients and providers. Em is highly productive (we’re amazed at how much she fits into her workday!) and ensures TCPM’s providers are paid quickly and accurately.
